What does the cost of an inspection include?

North Carolina and South Carolina both require licensing for home inspectors. Both states have a list of minimum Standards of Practice (SOPs), which include inspecting the structure, exterior, roofing, plumbing, heating & air conditioning, electrical, interior, insulation/ventilation & built-in kitchen appliances. All inspectors are licensed professionals with years of training and on-site experience.

What is a wood destroying insect report?

WDIR is the acronym for North Carolina’s “Wood Destroying Insect Report”. All of our inspectors are licensed by the NC Department of Agriculture to perform a wood destroying insect inspection and to provide this report.
